Kimberly Saltz’s application for pro hac vice admission is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. CRC 9.40(c)(1) requires the applicant to submit a verified application. While Saltz’s application (ROA 696) is captioned “Verified Application of Kimberly Saltz for Admission Pro Hac Vice,” it contains no certification that the statements therein are made under penalty of perjury, nor does she offer an alternative sworn document (such as a declaration) setting forth the same information.
