TENTATIVE RULING
Petitioners Ying Zhang’s and Wynmax, Inc.’s Motion for an Order Confirming Arbitration Award and to Enter Judgment Thereon is GRANTED. Judgment is to be entered in conformance with the Arbitrator’s Amended Final Award dated and served February 11, 2019, in the principal sum of $93,524.37. Pre-judgment interest in the amount of $2,615.28 is awarded as follows:
Petitioner’s request for costs and attorneys’ fees must be sought through the filing of an appropriate memorandum of costs and noticed motion, supported by appropriate evidence and legal citation, and limited to costs and fees incurred in this action, not in the arbitration.
Respondents Futim G. Mak’s and Catherine Y. Lee’s Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award is MOOT in light of the Court’s ruling on Petitioners’ motion herein. Co
