Plaintiff Paul J. Adair (Plaintiff) alleges as follows: On March 31, 2017, Plaintiff and his vehicle, a 2002 Honda Accord, were involved in a rear-end collision, which resulted in Plaintiff sustaining bodily injuries. Defendants State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm), John Graham (Graham) and Patty Miracle (Miracle) (collectively, Defendants) failed to timely inform Plaintiff of any impending termination, lapsing or other cancellation of his existing car insurance policy; as such, Plaintiff was uninsured at the time of the March 31, 2017 accident and is precluded by law from collecting any of his non-economic damages from the at-fault driver.
