On October 23, 2019, AMM Restoration & Construction filed an unlimited civil complaint against 3442 Centinela, LLC dba Alman Apartments and Beach Front Property Management, Inc. asserting claims for: (1) breach of contract; (2) open book account; (3) account stated; and (4) reasonable value of services & materials received. The complaint alleges Defendants failed to pay for construction services and materials used to improve residential real property located at 3442 S. Centinela Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90056. The case is currently pending in Department O of the Pomona South Courthouse with a Trial Setting Conference set for February 10, 2021. The clerk entered Defendant Beach Front Property Management’s default on December 26, 2019.
