Plaintiff Bianca Miles (“Plaintiff”) commenced this lemon law action against Defendant Nissan North America, Inc. (“Nissan”) on February 15, 2019. The Complaint asserts causes of action for (1) violation of the Song-Beverly Act – breach of express warranty, (2) violation of the Song-Beverly Act – breach of implied warranty, (3) violation of section 1793.2 of the Song-Beverly Act, (4) fraudulent inducement – concealment, (5) violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (“CLRA”), (6) violation of the Unfair Competition Law (“UCL”) (Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17200, et seq.), and (7) violation of the False Advertising Law (“FAL”) (Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17500, et seq.).
