TENTATIVE RULING

Defendants Gilbert A. Cabot and PressCorps MediaPlus, Inc.’s Demurrer is OVERRULED and SUSTAINED as to the 1st Cause of Action as explained further below, and SUSTAINED without leave to amend as to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Causes of Action.

Defendants’ Motion to Strike is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiff Angela Watson (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against Defendants Gilbert A. Cabot, Reo Group, Reo-Press Corps, AIM Worldwide, AIM Com-Arts, Papamom Properties, Tobac Music, Sundi Records, and PressCorps MediaPlus, Inc. on April 12, 2019, alleging causes of action for:

negligent misrepresentation;

sexual harassment;

declaratory relief; and

declaratory relief.
