Prior to a Civil Law & Motion or Probate hearing, the Court may issue a tentative ruling pursuant to
California Rule of Court 3.1308. After review of the issued tentative ruling, parties may request to appear
to provide oral argument and must advise both the opposing party and the Court by e-mail at
tr@mendocino.courts.ca.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. on the court day before the hearing if they intend to
appear. If both the opposing party and the Court have not been advised by 4:00 p.m. on the court day
before the hearing of the party’s intent to appear, a hearing will not be held, and the tentative ruling will
become the order of the Court (Local Rule 2.6).
Tentative Ruling:
The Petition for Probate is granted. The court will sign the proposed Order. The date of
the hearing on the Order will be changed to August 18, 2023.
