Defendants Moises Castenada, United School of America, Inc., Brenda Lara, and Jose Alvarez demur to Plaintiffs Sandy Contreras’, Altaira Espinosa’s, and Yulazki Lopez’s (1) Invasion of Privacy cause of action (“CoA”) (10th CoA of Contreras FAC; and 3rd CoA of Espinosa and Lopez First Amended Complaint (“FAC”)); (2) Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress CoA (11th CoA of Contreras FAC; and 4th CoA of Espinosa and Lopez FAC); (3) Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress CoA (12th CoA of Contreras FAC; and 5th CoA of Espinosa and Lopez FAC); (4) Negligence (13th CoA of Contreras FAC; and 6th CoA of Espinosa and Lopez FAC); (5) Negligent Hiring, Supervision, and/or Retention of Employee (14th CoA of Contreras FAC; and 7th CoA of Espinosa and Lopez FAC) alleged in the FAC.
