Judgment Creditor Quinn Rental Services, Inc. Order to Show Cause re: Sale of Dwelling
The OSC re Sale of Dwelling requested by Judgment Creditor Quinn Rental Services, Inc. is continued to 9/30/21 at 2PM.
After the ex parte for an order setting the OSC re Sale of Dwelling was granted on 6/8/21, the parties stipulated to continue the hearing to conduct limited discovery. (ROA 36.)
The Court ordered that the hearing would be continued to 9/2/21. Pursuant to the certificate of mailing from the clerk, notice was given to Judgment Creditor.
Since that time, nothing has been filed showing proof of service on Kathleen Roberts or on the interested parties.
Moreover, no additional briefing has been filed, which is contrary to the stipulation as the parties indicated they would “fully brief the issues before this Court” after conducting limited discovery.
As a result, the Court continues the hearing and, at a minimum, orders that Judgment Creditor provide notice on both Kathleen Roberts and the
