Plaintiffs Margarit Hovhannisyan and Lyova Sargsyan (together, "Plaintiffs") move to consolidate Hovhannisyan vs. First American Title, et al. (34-2016-00192227), a civil action, with Federal National Mortgage Association v. Hovhannisyan, et al. (16UD01227), an unlawful detainer action. For the reasons set forth below the motion to consolidate is GRANTED. Hovhannisyan vs. First American Title, et al. (34-2016-00192227) shall be the lead case. The case management program judge assigned to the lead case shall preside over the consolidated cases. The case management time lines applicable to the lead case shall apply to both cases.

Plaintiffs argue that consolidation is appropriate as both actions involve the same parties and some of the same issues, principally who has title to the subject real property.
