The Motion (ROA # 32) of Plaintiff UC WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION ("Plaintiff" or "Association") for a Preliminary Injunction, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 527(a), that compels the compliance of Defendants DEBRA PENDARVIS O'TOOLE, KAREN I. An injunction shall issue compelling Defendants to vacate their premises to permit for the Association to conduct fumigation services. Defendants shall be required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the "Occupants Fumigation Notice and Pesticide Disclosure," and to provide a key to their units to Clark Pest Control no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled fumigation.
