TENTATIVE RULING

The unopposed demurrer of defendant Quality Loan Service Corporation ("Quality) is sustained to plaintiff Cheralyn Preciado's complaint. Judicial notice is granted as requested. In plaintiff's 2012 first amended complaint against Quality, she had causes of action for slander of title, cancelation of trustee deed, unfair business practices, wrongful foreclosure, and claims under Civil Code section 2923 arising out of the foreclosure procedures on plaintiff's Ramona property. Accordingly, res judicata and collateral estoppel bars the first cause of action for violation of Business and Professions Code section 17200, the third cause of action for cancelation of instruments, the fourth cause of action for slander of title, the and the seventh cause of action for wrongful foreclosure in plaintiff's current complaint, without leave to amend.
