Tentative Ruling on Motion for Clarification Re: Court’s November 21, 2022 Order Granting Class
Certification: Plaintiffs Quinton McDonald, Gary Dunehew, and Robert Sherill seek clarification of the Court’s
previous Order that certified eight classes. Defendant Sierra Pacific Industries opposes the motion.
SPI’s Request for Judicial Notice. SPI requests the Court take judicial notice of Exhibits 1-6 which are all
documents on file in either McDonald vs. Sierra Pacific Industries (191133) or Sierra Pacific Wage and Hour
Cases (JCCP 5235). This request is granted pursuant to Evid. Code §§ 452(d) and 453.
