Plaintiff, Nicholas Espinosa filed this action against Defendants, City of Long Beach, Catalina Channel Express, and The Abbey Company, LLC for damages arising out of a bicycle accident that occurred on Defendants’ path.
Plaintiff filed his original complaint on 9/09/15. The City responded by way of demurrer, and Plaintiff filed his First Amended Complaint prior to the hearing on the demurrer. On 7/15/16, the parties entered into a stipulation to substitute AC-Catalina Landing, LLC instead of The Abbey Company, LLC for all purposes.
