Plaintiffs Domingo Lopez-Lopez, Juan Hernandez Lopez, and Pablo Hernandez Lopez sue their former employer defendant BBS National, Inc. dba 77 Asian Kitchen for various wage and hour law violations.
Plaintiffs allege that they worked as kitchen workers and dishwashers at defendant’s restaurant for periods between 2014 and 2016. They further allege that they were non-exempt employees, that their wage statements omitted hours worked, hourly rate, and total amount of wages, and that they worked 11.5-hour shifts per day from about 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. without receiving overtime pay, meal breaks for every 10 hours worked, or rest breaks for every four hours worked.
