Background:

On July 14, 2017, Plaintiff Guido Solares (“Plaintiff”) filed the original Complaint against Defendants Xenaurs LLC, et al. (“Defendants”) for the following causes of action:

(1) Contract;

(2) Fiduciary Duty;

(3) Good Faith Covenant;

(4) Conversion;

(5) Fraud By False Promise;

(6) Wrongful Discharge;

(7) Detrimental Reliance;

(8) Labor Code Violations;

(9) Business & Profession Code Violations; and

(10) Government Code Violations.

On January 23, 2018, this Court (Judge Kalin) granted Defendants’ Petition to Compel Arbitration and Stay Action. On February 20, 2018, the Court (Judge Kalin) entered an order compelling all the claims to arbitration.
