Plaintiffs, Ashely Mendez, Jazmine Nungaray, and Juliette Nungaray filed this action against Defendants, Golden West Security and Brian Amillategoi for damages arising out of an automobile accident. Jasmine and Juliette are minors, and they are appearing through their father and GAL, Rigoberto Carranza. Jazmine suffered a right leg fracture and various soft tissue injuries as a result of the accident. Juliette suffered only soft tissue injuries as a result of the accident. Both minor plaintiffs have recovered completely from their injuries at this time.
