On June 14, 2018, Plaintiff Betty Del Rio (“Plaintiff”) filed the instant action for (1) Violation of Civ. Code § 1793.2(d); (2) Violation of Civ. Code § 1793.2(b); (3) Violation of Civ. Code § 1793.2(a)(3); (4) Breach of Express Warranty; (5) Breach of Implied Warranty; and (6) Violation of Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act against Defendant General Motors, LLC (“Defendant”).

On February 1, 2019, the Court granted in part and denied in part Plaintiff’s motion to compel further responses to discovery. The Court stayed its order in part to allow Defendant to bring the instant motion for protective order.

Defendant now moves for the Court to enter a highly confidential protective order. Plaintiff urges the Court to enter only the Los Angeles Superior Court standard protective order.
