Defendant Laseraway Holdings, LLC and Laseraway Medical Group, Inc.’s motion to compel
arbitration and stay proceedings is continued for further proceedings.
Plaintiff sued Defendants for various employment related claims. Defendants filed this
motion to compel arbitration arguing that Plaintiff agreed to arbitrate her disputes during her
