1. TENTATIVE RULING ON DEFENDANTS’ DEMURRER TO PLAINTIFF’S FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT

On March 26, 2018, Brian Trent Adams (“Plaintiff”), a self-represented litigant and inmate at California Health Care Facility (“CHCF”) filed a complaint (“Complaint”) against “Board of Parole Hearings Executive Officer, Jennifer Shaffer; Commissioners, Arthur Anderson, Robert Barton, Patricia Cassady, Rosalio Castro, Kevin Chappell, Dianne Dobbs, Randolf Grounds, Peter LaBahn, David Long, Michele Minor, Marisela Montes, John Peck, Brian Roberts, Michael Ruff, [and] Terri Turner.” Complaint, 3/26/18, at 1:17-24; 2:3-14. Defendants filed a demurrer on September 26, 2018. On January 16, 2019, this Court sustained Defendants’ demurrer with leave to amend.
