Defendants. PETITION TO QUIET TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY Comes now the Plaintiff, by and through her attorney Lynn J. Bilodeau, and for her cause of action against the defendants, alleges and states: 1 Plaintiff Wanda L. Stewart is an individual, and is owner of certain real property located in Oklahoma County. Defendant Lamonakia Hammons is an individual. It is believed she is unmarried at this time and residing in the State of Oklahoma. Defendant United States Federation of Amateur Athletics, Inc. is a domestic not for profit Corporation registered with the Oklahoma Secretary of State, and believed to be in good standing. ' 2. Wanda L. Stewart purchased a certain parcel of real estate on or about June 9, 2008, located at an unassigned address in OKC, said real estate being described as: Lots Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Two (2) in ROANOKE PLACE ADDITION, a subdivision of Lot Two (2) of Alta Vista Addition, to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.12. Plaintiff's deed to the subject property is recorded in Book 10828, Pages 1650-1651 of the Oklahoma County Clerk Records. An unofficial copy of Plaintiff's deed is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Defendant Lamonakia Hammons may claim some interest to the subject property that is adverse to that of the Plaintiff. The successors, known and unknown, of Lamonakia Hammons may claim some interest in the subject property that is adverse to the plaintiffs herein. Wanda L, Stewart purchased a certain parcel of real estate on or about June 9, 2008, located at 745 Eubanks, in OKC, said real estate being described as: Lots Forty-five (45) through Forty-eight (48) inclusive in Block One (1), of HARES LINCOLN BLVD. ADDITION, to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. Plaintiff's deed to the subject property is recorded in Book 10828, Pages 1660-1661 of the Oklahoma County Clerk Records. An unofficial copy of Plaintiff's deed is attached hereto as Exhibit B. Defendant United States Federation of Amateur Athletics, Inc. may claim some interest to the subject property that is adverse to that of the Plaintiff. The successors, known and unknown, of United States Federation of Amateur Athletics, Inc. may claim some interest in the subject property that is adverse to the plaintiff herein Plaintiff plans to personally serve Lamonakia Hammons, but may not be able to do so. Plaintiff plans to serve United States Federation of Amateur Athletics, Inc. through its service agent as reflected in the records of the Secretary of State. Plaintiff has no way of knowing whether either defendant has any successors or assigns. Plaintiff may not be able to locate all named defendants, nor be able to ascertain whether some of the defendants are deceased, and if deceased, who the successors of each deceased defendant may be. Plaintiff therefore requests that all defendants be notified by publication. In the event Plaintiffis able to locate any of the named defendants, those defendants will be served by all necessary means. In the event any defendant, spouse of a defendant, or successor of a defendant cannot be located with due diligence, Plaintiff will furnish an appropriate affidavit for the court to review so that the court can approve the notice by publication. Plaintiff's claim to the subject properties is superior than that of any named Defendant, and any successor of a named Defendant. Title to the subject property should be quieted in the Plaintiff, Wanda L.
