LYNN J. BILODEAU, having been duly sworn, states:

Plaintiff is unable to determine with certainty whether Lamonakia Hammons is married.
Plaintiff is further unable to determine if Lamonakia Hammons has any successor in interest.
3. Plaintiff's counsel found several court cases involving Lamonakia Hammons, and
determined to the best of his knowledge and belief, that she is still a single person. There are
at least two (2) paternity cases, and at least one (1) criminal matter, but no record of a
marriage license in any of the counties available.
4. We were able to locate Lamonakia Hammons, and had her served at her residence, but have
been unable to determine with certainty, her marital status. Therefore, any potential spouse
or successor in interest was served by publication.
5. Plaintiff was unable to find any information on persons involved with United States
Federation of Amateur Athletics, Inc. After an exhaustive search, United States Federationof Amateur Athletics, Inc. was served by the Secretary of State, We could not find or locate
any officer or directors. It is counsel’s belief that United States Federation of Amateur
Athletics, Inc. is now a defunct corporation with no existence, but whose existence was never
properly terminated with the Secretary of State.
Plaintiff has therefore been unable to locate any successor in interest of the above named
Defendants, and has no way to determine who their successors in interest might be.
