Biography

Hon. Mark D. Singer (Ret.) was a judge for the Manatee County Court in Florida. He joined the bench in 2005. Singer retired in 2020.

He received a B.A. from the University of Florida in 1974. Singer went on to complete a J.D. at the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law, in 1977.

He was admitted to practice in Florida (1978), the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
