                                      ORDER


      Respondent, Indiana Department of Child Services, having moved for an

extension of time to file their responsive brief in opposition to Petitioner’s Amended

Brief in Support of their Petition for Judicial Review and the Court, being duly

advised, now GRANTS the motion. Respondent’s brief in opposition to Petitioner’s

Amended Brief in Support of their Petition for Judicial Review shall be due on or

before June 29, 2023.
