       Defendant, Richard Iver Johnson, by counsel, having filed his request for extension of time

within which to file an answer to plaintiff’s complaint, and the Court being duly advised, now

       ORDERS that said motion should be and hereby is GRANTED and

       Defendant shall have to and including October 13, 2022, within which to file its answer to

plaintiff’s complaint.
