Biography

Hon. Clinton P. Johnson is a commissioner for the Pierce County Superior Court in Washington. He was appointed to the bench in 2010.


Johnson received a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College in 1981. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1984.


Prior to joining the bench, he was a partner at Faubion, Johnson, Reeder & Fraley, P.S. in Lakewood. His areas of practice included estate planning, business law, real estate, and bankruptcy matters.


His membership included the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association.


Johnson also served as a member of the Tacoma Estate Planning Council and was a past president of the Rotary Club.
