Biography

The Hon. David R. Berman (Ret.) served as a commissioner for the Kenosha County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. Berman was appointed to the bench by the judges of the circuit court in 2014. He retired in 2018 and entered into private practice as a sole practitioner.


Berman earned a bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1987. He then completed a J.D. at Marquette University Law School in 1993.


He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.


Berman is a veteran of the United States Navy (1983 to 1986).
