Biography

Hon. Dean O. Burton is a magistrate for the Elkhart County Circuit Court in Indiana.

He received a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Burton went on to complete a J.D. at Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1987.

He was admitted to practice in Indiana (1987) and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
