Biography

The Hon. Keith R. Kyle is a judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He was elected to the bench in 2006 and re-elected in 2012 and 2018.

The 20th Judicial Circuit encompasses Charlotte County, Collier County, Glades County, Hendry County, and Lee County. Kyle has held assignments in Lee County and Charlotte County, presiding over cases in the civil and probate/guardianship divisions.

Kyle received his B.A. from Emory University in 1993. He went on to earn a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 1996.

After graduating from law school, Kyle entered into private practice, working as a civil litigation attorney until his election to the bench.
