Biography

The Hon. Kirsten E. Pace is a special judge for the Tulsa County District Court in Oklahoma. She was appointed to the bench by the district judges of the Oklahoma Fourteenth Judicial District in 2005, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of the Hon. Darlene Crutchfield.

Prior to her appointment, Pace was a partner at Atkinson, Haskins, Nellis, Brittingham, Gladd & Carwile. She specialized in civil law matters, handling medical malpractice, general insurance defense, and appellate cases.

Pace earned a bachelor’s degree from Duke University in 1987. She then completed a J.D. at the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1990. She is admitted to practice in Oklahoma (1990); the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma (1990); the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit (1990); and the United States Supreme Court (1990).

She was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
