Biography

The Hon. Kristen L. Parcher is a judge for the Clark County District Court in Washington. She was appointed to the bench by the Clark County Council in 2017, filling a vacancy created by the passing of the Hon. Vernon L. Schreiber (deceased).


Parcher earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Washington State University. She then completed a J.D. at the University of Oregon School of Law.


After graduating from law school, Parcher entered into private practice. She worked as a domestic relations attorney and a criminal defense attorney, representing indigent clients in Clark County.


Her memberships have included the Volunteer Lawyers Program Board (president), the George and Donald Simpson American Inn of Court, and the Cascadia Technical Academy Medical/Legal Advisory Board.
