Biography

Hon. Stephani Woodward is a judge for the Rockwall County Court at Law No. 2 in Texas. She was elected to the bench in 2020.

Prior to her election, Woodward managed her own criminal law practice, the Law Office of Woodward & Fichtel, in Rockwall since 2010. Before establishing her firm, she worked as an assistant district attorney in both Rockwall County (2005 to 2010) and Dallas County (1994 to 2001) and spent four years in private practice (2001 to 2005).

Woodward earned a bachelor’s degree from Austin College. She went on to complete a J.D. at Texas A&M University School of Law.

She is registered as a Republican.
