Judge Suzanne Valerio: Professional Background and Legal Expertise

Hon. Suzanne Valerio is a judge for the Taos County Probate Court in New Mexico. She was elected to the bench in 2022.

Prior to her election, Valerio served for twenty-two years as the district office manager for the 8th Judicial District Attorney’s Office and was a prosecution specialist for the office before that (1992 to 2000). She was also a former office and circulation manager at The Taos News (1983 to 1993).

Valerio received a B.B.A. from New Mexico Highlands University.

She is registered as a Democrat.
