Judge Victoria A. Oleniczak: Professional Background and Legal Expertise

Hon. Victoria A. Oleniczak is a deputy family court commissioner for the Racine County Circuit Court in the Second Judicial District of Wisconsin. She joined the bench in 2012.

Prior to beginning her judicial tenure, she was the founding member of Oleniczak Law, LLC and also served as a municipal prosecutor for the Village of Bristol and the Village/Town of Somers. Oleniczak has practiced family law matters in Walworth County since 1992. She began as an associate at Hudec Law Office, S.C. in East Troy.

She received a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1989. Oleniczak went on to complete a J.D. at the University of Dayton School of Law in 1992. She was admitted to practice in Wisconsin (1992) and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin (1993).

Oleniczak has served as a volunteer attorney advisor for the Mock Trial Program at Mukwonago High School since 1999.
