Defendant City and County of San Francisco's Demurrer to Causes of Action 5-11 in Plaintiff's Complaint is sustained with leave to amend. The face of the Complaint demonstrates that Plaintiff has not complied with the claim filing requirements of the Government Claims Act prior to filing the Complaint.
