Defendant City and County of San Francisco's Demurrer to Causes of Action 5-11 in Plaintiff's Complaint is sustained with leave to amend. The face of the Complaint demonstrates that Plaintiff has not complied with the claim filing requirements of the Government Claims Act prior to filing the Complaint. Plaintiff is given leave to amend, if he can do so in good faith, to plead that he has met the requirements of the Government Claims Act, including Government Code sections 910 and section 915(e).
